Terms and Condition of sales.

This custom “Build” contract is made effective as the customer approves and pays the amount requested as a deposit to Pro Van USA LLC located 2901 south highland Dr, building 13 suite A in Las Vegas Nevada 89109.
Description of services. On the date agreed between the builder and the customer, the construction of the vehicle will begin.
The time frame for the “Build” may vary depending on the complexity, the availability of the employees, and delivery of equipment at Pro Van USA. Due to those elements, the completion date may be delayed.
Performance of services. Pro Van USA LLC agrees to “Build” the vehicle based on the estimate provided and accepted by the customer. If after the initial agreement some modifications are requested from the customer an additional estimate will be made and approved.
Payment. All the payments will be addressed to Pro Van USA LLC.
a) A Minimum of 50% deposit will be requested to put the vehicle on schedule.
b) A Minimum of 25% deposit will be requested to begin the “Build”.
C)A final payment will be requested on the date of the vehicle return to the customer.
Deposit. At the time of the approval, the customer will provide the initial amount of 50% or more from the estimate provided. This amount will be used to begin ordering the parts necessary to start the “Build”. In any case this deposit can be refundable due to pre-order of parts and scheduling.
Exceptional refund. Pro Van USA Can refund the customer if Pro Van USA believes the customer is harassing the employees, creating any disturbance at the location where the “Build” is made.
Term. Pro Van USA LLC agrees that this Contract shall commence on the date agreed per the two parties (the service company and the customer). The warranty will start at the day of the delivery and will pursue for a period of 12 months. An extended warranty may apply upon the manufacturer term of warranty.
